Being Culturally diverse can be a good thing and a benefit to society, because there would be no ethnic majority. This would make America a safer and more welcoming place to all races. This would cut back on segregation and racial hate, because there would be no majority of races. There would be an equal amount of every type of person. However, this can be difficult to obtain.
