As a group, create a list of business requirements that potentially can benefit from available cloud services. This is based on the information from the case study. There should be a brief explanation for each item on the list.
From the case information, Bellevue University has two different functional areas: administrative and academic. The major admin processes include financial aid, foundation management, learning innovation center, and student registration and management. The University has 685 benefited employees, 150 adjunct professors under contract, 8100 students attending both in class and online, and a number of registered alumni.

All information can be stored in one system with high security protection (MacVittie, 2010).
• Reduced risk: The cloud adoption will reduce the risk as the Bellevue University does not have to buy expensive hardware and software. The cloud service provider provide the hardware as well as software. Also the BU does not need more personnel even if the data center grows in size.
• Improved Efficiency: The operation efficiency will be increased and there will be less risks such as downtime. The cloud service provider will take care of data center operations and IT administrators can work on application level.
• Service Level Agreements: The SLA of moving systems into a cloud based environment would require a high level of availability. Student Financial Aid payments and reimbursements would be processed through this system.
