Being a dental hygienist may seem a little gross to some people, but one can earn a great amount of money by providing this very important service to the community. I have different university options to choose from: Michigan State, The University of Texas A&M, and The University of Texas at San Antonio. All these universities offer the Dental Hygienist program, but based on my criteria of distance from home, strength of the program, and sports, Michigan State would be the best choice for my pursuit of a career in dentistry. The field of dentistry is not for everyone. One must be compassionate and have the ability to do things with dexterity. There is no doubt that Michigan State University is an excellent choice to achieve a career as a dental hygienist. …show more content…
