Some say that there will be more costs for the taxpayers to cover if districts arranges more buses and drivers to sustain the later start time; some say that sport associated students will have less time to cope with sport practices. However, both of these problems are solvable. There will be no extra cost for taxpayers if the buses schedule is only flipped. Elementary school can be scheduled for the earlier start time, while the high school start time can be shifted to the later time slot.
