The Legalization of Marijuana Marijuana has many reasons on why it should be legalized, such as, there are health benefits, it will help the economy grow and also it will create so many more jobs in the country. Those reasons stated there are also reasons why it shouldn’t be legalized such as, it has been found to be dangerous, also it is addictive and can lead to the user spending all their money on it and lastly there's no way for the police to ticket or charge you while driving high, which is just as bad as drinking drunk.
