Year round schooling should not be implemented at shattuck. Their would be to much time in schools that can’t be good to be stuck in a class with 30 students. Students could have a difficult time getting extra help. Did you know scores really don’t change. Some might say year round schooling is great for students, but they don’t know how bad it is for children.
The people who say there would be to much time spent in schools are right there would be an entire year in school. There would be no time for extra activities or camp all of your time would be in school doing work locked in a room. There is a very limited time for vacations to go see friends or family. You can’t go to camp because you are in schools that are one of the very few year round schools. So you really can’t do

So all that year round schooling does for you is give you a week break in the middle of the year. That means the kids who are doing bad are still doing bad and the students who are doing ok are still doing ok so it doesn't help just gives you breaks and a longer amount of time in schools.
While some might argue year round schooling is good for students because they have less time to forget what they learned, it is more true it’s bad because there’s no time for extra help or extra activities. My evidence to prove this reason are the schedules they have all schools don’t have the same schedules so it is very difficult to schedule things or it might not even be possible.
For all of these reasons year round schooling really shouldn’t be implemented at shattuck. It doesn't help test scores. Don’t help students. And you would have to pay teachers more for their time and have to pay staff more. For all of these reasons year round schooling should not be implemented at any school especially shattuck it would be irrational to implement year round schooling at shattuck.
