Bernie Sanders is one of the most well-rounded and pure politicians America has ever seen. He has the best intentions and good morals to make America an even better place to live than it is now. He is not discriminative to any type of people. He treats people with different religions, ethnicity, age, race, gender and etc. all the same and gives them an equal amount of respect. Just because he identifies himself as socialist does not mean that is harmful. Socialism is more justifiable than identifying as a republican. Bernie Sanders has plans to mend and boost our economy for the better of everyone. His plan to raise minimum wage will support the economy. People may not vote for Bernie Sanders because he is a socialist, but his ideas and movements …show more content…
People are brainwashed by talk radio and media to believing socialism is ignorant and just plain evil. In fact, it is the quite opposite. A socialist president would be in the best interest of the people because socialism is for the people. Some of the best government programs are socialist ideas, such as: public roads, public schools, military, and social security. Our country would not be the productive place it is now without these programs. People would not have the money and benefits without the programs we have today. Bernie Sanders and his political revolution is what this country needs. Republicans have butchered the United States of America enough and America needs a new point of view. It is time the United States has a new view on things and it needs to link together and be virtuous neighbors again. Socialism can fix the problems this country has as long as the country allows it. In this time of political destruction and people dividing, Sanders is trying to bring people together. He has not said a negative word toward any specific type or group of people. In fact, he has done nothing but support the people being bullied by other presidential candidates and their followers. His morals and actions are unadulterated and he has the best intentions for everyone over all. Bernie Sanders has been seen in the news in his younger days protesting for equal rights. He was even taken to jail for protesting against segregation. He recognizes himself as a feminist as well. He wants women to have equal pay to men and treat women fairly in the work place. He has plans for elderly, retired women to have a steady income to keep themselves taken care of. Bernie Sanders has supported Muslim people from the beginning of all the terrorist controversy. He has been known to say that Muslim people are not at fault that ISIS and terrorists are to blame. Those are two different types of people.
