Bert as the witness should’ve testified or even informed what happen. The fact this case was dismissed under the dumbest circumstance is injustice, especially for Pratt’s family. This case should’ve been untempt of murder and murder charges. In the first place why is Jack approaching the car with a gun? What were his intentions? What in his mind made him think this would end correctly? Why did Bert not testify? The judge that dismissed this case should be fired on the spot. The fact they let someone walk away with murder and taking someone’s life and not doing any sort of time is the worst. Bert should’ve been questioned as well.
