Bill gates has personal qualities that make him a powerful leader. Bill is the man who invented Microsoft, built the Microsoft Corporation from the ground up, and also declared the “Richest Man Alive according to Forbes. He also created a foundation to support charity. Bill Gates is a powerful leader because of his Humbleness, Passion, and Compassion.

Bill Gates’ ability to be humble and his capability of continuous learning, lead the way to his leadership path. According to a Leadership Company, “After landing billionaire lists several times, it would be easy for Gates to become prideful or think he knows it all, but he’s not that way. In fact, a recent Forbes article highlighted his efforts to improve on his communication and public speaking skills (Forbes) .Gates once commented that Buffett has a “brilliant way of looking at the world”. This would make an average person feel cocky and overconfident, but Gates continually wants to learn and will not stop. This requires pure humbleness, and non-selfishness.
