The Bill of Rights was created by our Founding Fathers to give America’s certain rights and freedoms that some other countries do not possess. The Bill of Rights contains the first 10 amendments of the Constitution. For law enforcement, the civil liberties given to civilians can make things difficult for catching and convicting criminals.
The 1st Amendment gives Americans freedom of speech which can get aggressive at times during protests, but it does make it difficult for law enforcement to arrest someone. It is someone’s right to speak freely and have their own opinions, even if it is a bother to law enforcement. The 2nd amendment is the right to bear arms, meaning they can use a concealed weapon in self-defense. This can make things difficult
