The Preamble is the beginning of the constitution that declares what the country believes in and what they claim to stand by. The preamble is made to state what needs to be done for this nation to know that the following statements will be evidence to prove how the nation will make sure of these rights to be secured. Let’s begin with the first words of the preamble, “We the people.” These words imply that this constitution is made by the people and for the people, in order to satisfy their human rights and needs. “In order to form a more perfect union” indicates that the United States is thriving to become a more perfect nation, and goes onto mentioning the rest of the requirements that should be met. “Establish justice” is important because …show more content…
The first amendment states that Congress can not create a law that establishes or prohibits a religion, and that we have the freedom of speech, petition and assembly. The second amendment established the right to bear arms. The third amendment states that the government cannot force citizens to house soldiers during peacetime without their consent. The fourth amendment protects us against unreasonable searches and seizures and if we or our belongings are searched and/or seized, there must be a warrant issued first.. The fifth amendment states that in order for a person to be put on trial for a crime, a grand jury must decide that there is enough evidence and that a person can not be tried for the same crime twice.
