Specific Aim 2: Analyze the effects of binaural beats on motor abilities.
Experimental Design:
Two groups of healthy men aged 20 to 30 will undergo Sports Vision Trainer (SVT) tests, block transfer tests, and Balance Evaluation Systems Tests (BESTests) to measure their reactions, balance, and coordination respectively (11) (12) (13). One group of men (n = 25) will be listening to gamma binaural beats with a 40 Hz difference in frequencies while they complete the tasks. The other group of men (n = 25) will be listening to white noise. The tests will be completed sequentially, with one test every other day.

SVT Test Protocol:
5 minutes prior to the test, the participant will put on headphones and the binaural beats or white noise will be administered as illustrated in

The number of lights hit for each participant will be totaled and averaged into the total of the entire experimental group.
Block Transfer Protocol:
The participants will practice the test using five blocks, transferring them from one board to another following a prescribed sequence as quickly as possible. This will be completed with both groups not listening to anything (12).
5 minutes prior to the test, the participant will place put on headphones and the binaural beats or white noise will be administered as illustrated in Figure 1. The volume of each delivered frequency will be delivered at a barely audible level (12).
The participants will complete the test using forty blocks.
The time to complete the task will be recorded and averaged for the experimental group.
BESTest Protocol:
5 minutes prior to the test, the participant will put on headphones and the binaural beats of white noise will be administered as illustrated in Figure 1. The volume of each delivered frequency will be delivered at a barely audible
