I was greatly fascinated by the serious thought process, dedication and hard work required by scientific research. So, I started spending my spare time in Microbiology laboratory assisting research of Graduate students. During that time, I learned not only the laboratory techniques but also, the skills for management of resources like time, money and energy. However, I am also considering academic career as I want to combine the research, teaching experience and interaction with undergraduate students. As after my undergraduate studies, I have been involved in teaching both academic and non-academic courses, I have learned to be creative in teaching to grab the attention of diversified students. Recently, my teaching experience in Gaindakot Technical Academy has taught me to prepare
