Human development is occurring constantly, we either change or remain the same as time progresses. The biopsychosocial perspective incorporates four interactive forces used to which are used to explain how human development occurs: biological, psychological, sociocultural, and life- cycle forces (Kail and Cavanaugh, 2016).
Biological forces are generally represented by genes. Genes determine phenotypical aspects such as eye color, hair color, and others.
