The client is a 28 year old Hispanic woman. Client is currently in a relationship and has never been married. She has two bachelor’s degrees and is currently working for a very high profile company. She was born and raised in San Antonio and is the youngest child of three. She has an older brother, sister and nephew. She currently lives at home with her parents and older brother. She is staying with her parents to pay down the off she incurred to go to college.
The client is currently feeling anxious living at home. She often feels attacked by her older brother and father when she disagrees with them on matters of opinion. Moreover, she feels crowded at home because there are three grown adults living under one roof. She feels irritated at

The interview actually went on for thirty minutes. I tried to keep the client on track and it to integrate the five stage but it was not easy to do. I did use summary to recap the conversation about half way through and I feel like I was looking for ways to help the client find options to overcome obstacles. Goals
I had a goal even though the client did not know. I wanted to explore options to help her find ways to release her anxiety. I am not entirely sure if we accomplished that that. I gave her suggestions and David Burns or meditation but I do not know if she will use them. However, I did have a plan for the session and hopefully she has a few more ways to deal with her living situation in the future. Restory
According to the book Restory is when you are supposed to help a client find new ways to speak about themselves. I did not do that at all. We spoke about the same problems as we did last session and we never once went into any other topics. I feel like I really did not do a good job on this portion.

I used them to the best of my ability in this session. I would often use encouragers and I felt she really opened up to me more than she did the first time. My vocal qualities were smooth, and my speech rate was consistent, which indicates how you feel about the client. However, I did not use paraphrase, which I need to remember next time. She told me after the first tapping ending she could not talk anymore and she was glad it was the tapping was over. This time she would not stop talking and the session lasted an extra ten minutes. I would like to think that the skills I have learned in your class helped facilitate a better environment in the second session.
Chapter 4
Over the course of the interview I used a lot of open and closed questions. I made not of some of her nonverbal skills, such as when she smiled at me because I asked about her brother. Moreover, last time I would often misunderstand what she was saying and that did not happen this time. I also noticed that our movement harmonics was significantly better this
