Since the late 1900s, people of all ages across the world have been participating in Risk, a board game of global domination. The main objective of this game is to conquer the world, which players can achieve by governing each territory on the political map that is the game board. Typically, Risk is played solely for recreation, but adept players may compete in skilled tournaments. The conquests of Risk players are tantamount to the rule of Soviet leader Joseph Stalin.
