Bob's Story Essay: A Walk In The Woods

"The setting of the story takes place near a town in Minnesota that is known to raise the best fishermen in the United States. Two boys are fishing at a small pond deep in the woods that is near their farm house."

One day on a hot afternoon, brother John and Bob thought they would take a nice walk into the woods near their house and visit the pond to try to catch one of the biggest fish in the lake. Bob hopes its the biggest fish in the whole state!

John: "Hey Bob lets go down to the lake and go fishing."
Bob: "Sure! I'll grab the poles and you grab the bait and lures."
John: "Ok! I'll meet you in the garage. Grab a shotgun just in case of a wild animal attack.

Bob runs off and grabs three poles along with his favorite shotgun. He thinks it's the best thing in the world. On their walk the come apon many different items like arrows from recent hunters, lost disks from disk golf and pop cans. One of them wasn't even opened to this took it along in case they go thirsty. As they arrive at the pond the brothers can see that the pond is just jumping with fish. Birds are flying everywhere and deer are walking past so calmly.

Bob is so amazed at the sight of the water. It is crystal clear and both of them can see almost every fish around. They both grab there poles and start fishing.
