In the book Start with Why, Simon Sinek suggest that being a great leader is more than getting individuals to work and that motivation is not a difficult feat. What is truly a challenge is inspiring people. To evoke a sense of purpose or a desire to belong will always build a stronger bond. This is especially true when it compares to motivation. Motivation focuses on reward and corrosive tactics, using results as a guiding factor to lead; if an individual does this, this will happen. While Inspiration focuses on the roots of the cause; an individual does this because of this.
