This is where the red fern grows.The narrator is Billy. He is an average country boy with raccoon hounds. The first event was that Ann and Dan really wanted to have that raccoon. Billy listened and started to chop the biggest tree in the forest.The dogs became happier, however Billy wasn’t. Billy got super tired and kept doing it he didn’t come home. Billy said“I don’t care how big you are, I’m not going to let my dogs down. I told them if they put a coon in a tree I would do the rest and I’m going to. I’m going to cut you down. I don’t care if it takes me a whole year.”. I think it was cool how he's trying to cut a giant tree.
