Hey John,
I was reading through Dexter email and I know he had specific questions about health expenditure and if it’s risen since 2008. I didn’t have any figures about expenditure on my survey. My survey only consisted of knowledge, attitude, and practices about nutrition. Let me know if you had another way of figuring out this information.

For the wellness center, I asked broad questions like:

Who do you think should utilize the wellness center and why?

How much physical activity do you do weekly?

What are barriers which keep people from exercising?

What kind of classes should be presented in the wellness center?

What kind of diseases should the wellness center focus on?

Is a wellness center needed on the island and why?
Some things to consider on the spreadsheet:

- In place of municipality some students put COM-National indicating what school they are a part of. The majority of the students indicated the municipality.

-This spreadsheet only pertains to the wellness center questions I asked. There’s another spreadsheet (not finished yet) that will indicate the knowledge, attitude, and practices portion on nutrition.

-The questions start at 50 and some of the participant info is not indicated.
