No Sale or Purchase of Bottled Water on Campus

Last week we did a debate in class about (No Sale or Purchase of Bottled Water on Campus). We divided into two Sides agree (for) and disagree (against) and me wasonn the positive side which was agreed with SCSU should ban water in plastic bottles on campus. Each person in different side said their opinion statement and I did that, too. The against side opinion, statement was “ bottled water is convenient and easy to carry, consumers have a right to choose, people need bottled water “. And our opening statement is “bottled water should be banned because it causes a lot of problems in the environment and our health”. In the next paragraph I will explain my view why do I agree that SCSU should ban sales and buying bottled of water on campus. As the green movement continues to grow and spread across the nation, we are seeing more and more schools and universities such as (SCSU) working towards banning the sale of plastic bottled water. In my opinion is one of the largest problem with plastics is improper disposal by consumers. Plastic items make their way into the environment, especially our oceans. It is on all our beaches and throughout all our waterways.
