I found it interesting that people was reluctant to accept photography as art because it reliance on a mechanical device. Jeff Wall colored photography of Boy Fall from Tree was beautiful picture of a nice summer day and a typical boy playing in the backyard climbing in the tree when he losing his balance and falls. I think this is a photography that we all can relate to because we have all falling before. I personal love the way the sun is hitting the tress and the shadow that on the ground, in the corner of the picture you can even see the beautiful blue sky. Look even closer and you will a bird in the tree it’s all the details that really allows you to connect to the picture. When I was reading chapter ten it remaindered me of a movie that I had watch 2 fast 2 Furious were the direct had to take several shots of the actor driving the car at a high rate of speed, but he had to do it in different angles and position once they were done they had to siting down and do some film editing to find the best shot for the movie. Painter was influenced by photography it shorter exposure time, less toxic technology and printing on paper helped to popularized photography.
