On June 18, 2018 it was brought to the attention of the Used Motor Vehicle and Parts Commission that an individual, Breana Fox, is selling vehicles in the state. Ms. Fox also appears to be rebuilding salvage titled vehicles and selling them as rebuilt vehicles.
On January 16, 2018 Breana Fox purchased a 2010 Chrysler 30C VIN# 2C3CA6CTXAH320303 from USAA Ins. at Copart insurance auction, 2829 S.E. 15th St. Oklahoma City, OK 73129. The vehicle had a salvage title and was assigned to solely to Breana Fox 1312 N. Rockwell Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73127(Title Exhibit# 1). Then on March 3, 2018 Breana Fox obtained a rebuilt title, which she registered at her home address, 1312 N. Rockwell Ave Apt. # J, Oklahoma City, OK 73127 (Registration Exhibit# 2).
