In May of 2010, Brent Carey, plaintiff, was in an auto accident in which he received settlement money for the injuries sustained. Due to these injuries, his doctor referred him to Indiana Physical Therapy and he began therapy with a therapist by the name of Stephen Connelly, defendant.
