In order to set up an interview with the family of Brianne, an OT would need to gather information about Brianne’s occupations (O’Brien & Hussey, 2012). The OT practitioner would also ask questions about Brianne’s functioning in daily activities before she was diagnosed with right hemiplegia (O’Brien & Hussey, 2012). The interview will consist of gathering information in order to develop an occupational profile. Due to the fact that Brianne is only 10 months, it would be hard to communicate directly with her. The family would be asked to fill out a questionnaire prior to the interview in order to determine the quality of activities performed within a day (O’Brien & Hussey, 2012). The interview will be divided into three stages including initial
