Brief Summary Pesavage's Murder On The Jeep

On 6/02/2018, I was dispatched to 310 S. West St. for a hit and run that came in earlier in the day. Upon arriving on scene I spoke with the caller, Mary Pesavage. Pesavage stated on this same date probably between 1000 to 1030 hours while she was in her home she heard a loud bang noise but didn't think anything of it. Pesavage stated a female came to her house and made informed her of what happened. Pesavage stated the female had a picture of the vehicle and the registration plate. Pesavage stated the female told her the vehicle was a hunter green Jeep and provided me a PA registration of KJM5096 which was displayed on the Jeep which was displayed on the Jeep. Pesavage stated she did not know the females name but pointed me to a house down the street she believes the female lived down the street where people were standing outside it. …show more content…
West St. I spoke with a witness, Brayan Rios. Rios stated the acting vehicle that struck Pesavage’s vehicle was a hunter green Jeep Commander driven by a male. Rios stated the Jeep continued driving after it struck Pesavage’s vehicle. I asked Rios if there was a female there that had the registration number and picture of the vehicle. Rios stated he the female did not live there and he does not know her name. I return to the station and ran the provided PA registration of KJM5096. The registration came back to a 2006 Jeep belonging to Stephen Petrylak with an address of 310 Green Mountain Rd., Ringtown, PA 17967. I went back to Pesavage's address and took photos of the damage to her vehicle. The damage on her vehicle was located on the front driver side. The fender appeared to have dark in color paint or plastic transfer possibly from the bumper of the Jeep. I the wheel of Pesavage's vehicle was also bent.
