Abstract
In the case of Bruff vs. North Mississippi Health Services Inc., there is a fine line between what is right and what it wrong. In this paper, I will cover the main topics of what the case was about and how it was handled, along with the verdict and the conclusion of the matter at hand within the case. There are many ethical complications that were shown throughout the case that needed to be discussed. Everyone is entitled to their opinion so there is also a section in which I express how I feel about the case and whether or not I think that the case was handled correctly or not.

North Mississippi Health Services Inc., this particular case brings to light the amount of times that someone can be discriminated against when seeking any kind of service. Whether that would be counseling, going to the doctors, or even applying for jobs, there are still individuals and places that still discriminate against those who are homosexual. Even though there are laws that are out there to protect one another, sometimes companies and places don’t follow those laws effectively like they should and someone, like in this case the client, could be a victim of malpractice, if something wasn’t done to prevent
