In the upper left quadrant I drew a child crying as the mother is walking away to represent the bubonic plague. The bubonic plague, also known as the bubonic plague killed many people, to be more specific one thirds of the people died, which is worse than any war. This originated from china and in Europe it first started in Italy.The cause of the bubonic plague were the fleas that were on the rats then went to clothes and bags of traders. Rats would be aboard ships, then all of a sudden people aboard started to get sick then eventually die.The effect of the bubonic plague was the way people started to react. Moms left their children behind because the fear of catching the plague. And overall people either isolated themselves, or live life to the fullest, or just act as if everything is normal and sniff flowers.
