The way I realized I had a passion for the food service is probably different from every other student applying to the CIA. From the first episode of “Cake Boss”, a long-time reality cooking program that I've been watching since seventh grade, I was hooked on becoming a pastry chef like Buddy Valastro. He has been my inspiration and my role model because I was intrigued by the beautiful sculptures he made. The idea that Buddy Valastro is able to blend ingredients and transform them into amazing, often breathtaking pastries that are delicious and alluring, is the kind of passion I want to feel in a career.
After graduating college, I see myself with a Bachelor’s Degree, maybe working for a restaurant to gain experience on how to manage my own
