Executive Summary
Unique Cuisine- Italian will be an Italian based restaurant. Unique Cuisine Italian will be the first out of its batch because Italian food is extremely popular and depending on the success more restaurants such as, Unique Cuisine Chinese, Unique Cuisine Thai are going to be planned. The Italian restaurant will be located in New York City, very close to Time Square. The reason for choosing this location is because according to Forbes, Time Square is the most visited location in the United States. Even though the place will be very expensive, it shouldn’t be a very big issue as thousands of tourists will look for quality food, which will be provided by Unique Cuisine- Italian. Tourists of Times Square are usually from the upper class and high-income families, which will only benefit Unique Cuisine- Italian sales and profits.

The restaurant in New York City will have the capacity of holding around 180 customers at once, which is an optimal amount for families, friend hangouts and even business meetings. The quality of kitchen equipment will be the highest and original Italian recipes will be offered in the menu and renowned chefs will be brought from Italy in order to provide the customers the highest quality of food. There will be varieties of Italian food; there will be up to fifteen different types of pizzas and fifteen different types of pasta with many more famous Italian side dishes.

Objective: 1. Gain an outstanding reputation 2. Create an incredible ambiance which will urge customers to come back 3. High amounts of profit by the third year so the next Unique Cuisine can be planned and started

Mission:
Provide to our valued customers prompt and high quality Italian food and service in a friendly and courteous manner.

Keys to Success: 1. A good balance of recipes in the menu so it suits all the different age groups. 2. Incredible amount of hospitality, any problem in the food such as burnt, too salty, too spicy it will be re-served immediately. 3. Friendly chefs, waiters are key to a great ambiance.

Company Summary:
Unique Cuisine Italian will try to establish itself in the most visited place in the United States, Times Square, New York City. This area is expensive and upper class families are usually found here. Even though the rent will be high there are a lot of positives. The idea is the food will attract the customers and the word will spread about Unique Cuisine Italian and it will become a globally known restaurant. The size of the restaurant is mid sized, as it will have the capacity of accommodating 180 customers. There will be dining arrangements starting with two seats and stretching to ten seats.
