Apple Inc. is an American multinational corporation that designs, develops, and sells consumer electronics, computer software, online services, and personal computers (www.apple.com). Apple is a very established and diversified company that offers consumers several choices in electronics that has the capability to simply our daily lives. In my opinion, Apple’s most successful product consists of their mobile devices with internet capabilities that allow you to access your information from any location that offers a wireless firewall (Wi-Fi). Apple was developed on the 1st of April, 1976 by the co-founders named Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. The first 30 years of the company was named Apple Computer Inc. but later on January 9, 2007, the word “Computer” has removed (Business Insider, 2013). Schulley re-organized Apples organizational structure in 1985 and brought in a new general manager to replace Jobs. Schulley converted the three product divisions into one called Product Operations (Freedman & Vohr, 1989). He re-organized Apples structure three more times and in 1988 the organization became decentralized. Since Schulley left Apple as CEO, several other CEO’s have changed the structure several times until Steve Jobs returned. New divisions were formed such as international and upon Jobs return created many more projects for him. The organization went back to five main divisions with six other divisions for administrative. These increased divisions are one of the causes of excess and redundant projects created within Apple Inc. Apple has a variety of products that can offer many services. The company's best-known hardware products include the Macintosh line of computers, the iPod, iPhone and iPad. Apple rightly gets credit for building exceptional hardware and software. All of these products has internet capability and allows you to connect with other Wi-Fi devices in order to save and access your information. A factor in Apple’s success with its products is its ability to stay ahead of the competition by providing world class support that has in return established a long-standing record of credibility and confidence in their consumer base. My experiences with Apple product, they have always honored their no virus protection, service, and product return requirements. Also Apple markets their products effectively by providing several types of exposure such as television ads and strategically located kiosk terminals. One of their biggest advantages is they have several stores that afford you the ability to try their products and generate excitement for the upcoming products. With the launch of the new iPhone 6 plus, customers are always eagerly awaiting to see what they invent next that can outperform the iPhone 6 plus, while remaining affordable. Apple has a great organizational structure that follows the top-down model which influences accountability within the individual departments that create Apple products. Identifying and evaluating alternative strategies should involve managers and employees who earlier assembled the organizational vision and mission statements, performed the external audit, and conducted the internal audit. Apple had to re-visit its culture of business, technology, leadership, production, sales, and revenue. Apple is Apple because of the fervor with which its employees believe in the corporate mission. The culture stems for the dedication of its employees to the consumers. Apple understands what its customers want, it knows how to meet those desires, and it sets out to beat any and all expectations. The culture of Apple and great quality products that the employees stood behind was number one.

External environment consists of a variety of factors that you can’t control because the economy and financial markets are constantly changing and dictates the
