Team Ground Rules and Guidelines
What are the general expectations for all members of the team?
The general expectations for all the members of the team are to respect each other opinion, to communicate with each member in the group at least twice a week, contribute to each assignment, and to meet with group at least once a week.

Expectations for Time Management and Involvement
(Participation, communication with the team, accessibility, etc.) The expectations for this group is to commit to each assignment, each team member will contribute their opinions, and to also keep in touch with each group member through text, email, phone conversations, or in person.

Ensuring Fair and Even Contribution and Collaboration
What strategy will you use to ensure that all team members are contributing and collaborating appropriately? Describe the communication strategy you will use if a team member is not contributing and collaborating effectively. How will the team manage conflicts between team members?
To ensure all team members are contributing and collarating appropriately with the assignment each team member will be giving a section of the assignment. We will meet up once a week at the northwesten campus to work on the assignment at least once a week. If a team member does not contribute to the assignment we will have a group discussion and discuses the problem. If a team member continues to not contribute to the assignment, as a group we will talk to Professor Miller.

What are potential barriers to the achievement of these goals?
Potential barriers to the achievement of these goals are non communication, conflicting schedules, and non participation.
