Danny’s Dunks Code of Conduct If anybody violates this code they should be reported to the manager of Danny's Dunks. If anybody has any questions or complaints then you should call and talk to the manager. If the person with the question or concern wishes to remain anonymous, then they will be able to do so. Any employee who reports misconduct is complying with this Code. The store will not tolerate any type of retaliation against that person.

1. Honest and Ethical Conduct
All employees of the store should promote the highest standards of honest and ethical conduct in all actions relating to the business of the store.

2. Conflicts of Interest
All employees of Danny's Dunks should avoid a conflict of interest between personal and professional relationships. A “conflict of interest” happens whenever an individual’s private interests interfere in with the interests of the store. Generally, employees who have access to or knowledge of confidential or non-public information about the store are not permitted to buy, sell or trade in the store's securities.
