Health and welfare plan will Employees working full-time will be eligible for benefits once they have worked for 60 days. Business Express will not self-insure because it would cost too much. Business Express will pay for health care coverage from Blue Cross Blue Shield and use Cigna’s dental and vision insurance plans. Business Express will offer bronze, silver and gold coverage to all employees. In addition to the insurance coverage, employees will also have the option of using a health savings account to fund unforeseen medical emergencies.
