Our product strategy will depend on the following:
Customers need at first we will focus on that what exactly the customer wants out of the product, there are many health monitoring devices in the market for your daily health checkup but we came out with the idea to introduce a single device which will be capable of monitoring many health issues such as blood pressure, sugar level, body temperature, heart pulse rate data and many other things. Moreover it’s quite expensive for the patient to visit the doctor frequently moreover they can save both time and money with the use of this device.
Product design
As our product is a health monitoring device of it should be designed properly keeping in mind that it should be * Portable – we would try to make our device portable so that a patient can live their life without any worry of frequently visiting home for monitoring their health. To make it portable we will use battery powered and would manage power to avoid extra consumption of battery and will also have the wireless communicable facility. * Size- as we have decided to make our health monitoring device a portable device so we will make it physically small to make it portable. * Build in clock, display screen, large data space. * Well-designed user interface - for any new product its design should be user interface which should be understand by all the users otherwise it will reduce the market acceptance and will change the perception of public for future launches also. So this will be well designed and will possess wide variety of technical ability. * Display- a screen will be there to display feedback

Product feature
The first feature of our product is that it’s a one solution to many means instead of using different health device for monitoring health issues we can use a single device, will also provide a big display which will show your health information moreover it will be user friendly and can be used using battery or charger and will also be potential for broad sensor compatibility to create large customer base
Product quality-
To focus on the quality of the product will be our major goal, as it’s a health monitoring device so chance for any kind of error is not acceptable and to survive in the market the quality should be our first preference. Quality in terms of providing reliable data and long life of the product will use A grade material quality to increase the product life and have also added the upgradable facility.

Yes our product would be upgradable which will allow the patient to add new application and feature to the new product with minimal engineering requirement moreover the storage capability to save data can also be upgraded this will save the money of the customer without switching to the new product customer can upgrade its current device and will also increase the acceptability of the product.

Moreover we will add the manual user guide which will provide the instructions about how to use the device and how to maintain and take care of it.
