There is a big park in our neighborhood attracting thousands of customers from around the area. The people of Pelham Bay love to be outside and on the go. Because of the variety of people in the Pelham Bay area we have a lot of choice to put in our menu, but always focusing on the Spanish food that makes stand out. Industry Analysis Spanish food is very well known worldwide, and in the United States also Spanish food has its public. Everyday more people are visiting Spanish food restaurants.

Marketing and Product Objectives The Spot Café marketing aim to promote a different type of menu in the Pelham Bay area, by incorporating our Spanish menus we hope to bring in a different taste to our customers in order to accomplish this task, The Spot Café will focus on current markets, look to expand into new markets by extending our services, and continually offer new products.
The primary objective of The Spot Café is to market our restaurant to current customers as a good place to get a good meal. Since we are located by the exclusive area of Pelham Bay, we want to use this to our advantage by creating and open and friendly “top of the line” atmosphere. The atmosphere of a
