Busse and Rieck Kankakee has many different businesses and companies. Each business has a different purpose. McDonald’s purpose is to serve good food at a reasonable amount of time; Marathons is to provide gas and snacks for the community or even travelers. One unique business is Busse and Rieck; they provide the community with floral arrangements, candles, stuffed animals, and gifts. Busse and Rieck is a top-notch company because of their high quality products, excellent staff, and convenient international and online services. Busse and Rieck have the best flowers and plants. They’re always fresh and well kept. Most of their flowers names come from Greek names. Popular flowers are roses; the colors each represent different things. Red is for “I love you”, white is for bridal, and lavender is love at first sight. Another popular flower is violets; the symbol for them is faithfulness. Busse and Rieck also sell Fannie May candies, fresh fruit baskets, and scented candles. Another way Busse and Rieck is also great because of their online services. Busse and Rieck is great because of their excellent staff. Busse and Rieck have an excellent staff. Each employee has a different job, but the main one is the floral designer. A floral designer’s job is to cut and arrange flowers for decoration according to the customer. Busse’s employees have great customer service skills. They deal with complaints and work hard to be helpful to each customer. Other jobs there are: Management, cleaning, delivery, packaging, and book keeping. Management is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the shops activities, such as purchase, selection, preparation, and retail sale of flowers for decoration.
