CM Gilmore made an unannounced visit to Children’s Hospital in Augusta, GA to ensure safety and well-being from an intake report. CM Gilmore arrived at the hospital at 8:45pm. CM Gilmore explained to the hospital for the reason for the visit. Hospital staff reported that PGF wanted to hold on the meeting until he arrived. He was contacted immediately when CM arrived. Douglas Duncan Jr (PGF). arrived at the hospital @ 9:20pm. The Doctor Kaitlin Verdome and nurse: Beth had no concerns regarding the behavior of parents and other family members or with VC Douglas Duncan IVCM Gilmore explained the reason for the visit. • CM Gilmore interviewed PGF alone and gathered the following information: o PGF was able to provide proof…show more content… There is a gate at the top of the steps that was locked, and has never been open. Bmo reported that she walked inside the home to fold clothes, and VC and BFA was still on the deck, and VC was pushing his toy car that is helping him walk. BFa reported that he was watching IceAge, and noticed he didn’t hear any sound from VC. He immediately looked back, and saw him in the pool. Bmo reported that while she was in the home folding clothes, she heard noises that sounded as if it was two dogs fights. She reported that she figured out that the noise was her named being called by Bfa. She reported that she rushed to the back of the yard and called 911. She reported the dispatcher on the phone assisted them with CPR. Bmo reported that VC was a stone gray color and his lips were purple. Bmo reported after starting CPR, VC threw up a lot of water, and he was trying to focus on what they were telling him to do. Bmo reported when the ambulance arrived at the home, they requested for warm blankets. Bmo reported that she provided them with warm blankets to help cover up VC.
