6/6 at 1907 hours, Child Neglect and Abuse Central Unit notified CSW Anderson of an Emergency Investigation [Abrasion, Laceration; Lack of Food; Blaming, Verbal Abuse, Threatened-Other].
1940 CSW Anderson called the reporter and allegations confirmed: the reporter indicated Kristinana is safe at the reporter’s home at the moment. The reporter did not claim if Kristinana is physically when inquired by CSW Anderson. The reporter stated a text message was retrieved shown Kristinana claimed she was slapped by her mother, Elizabeth Riegert, as Kristinana tries to leave the home two nights ago. The reporter expressed concerns for safety with Kristinana coming back to the home; Kristinana’s brother, John Riegert, and Ms. Riegert threatened to harm Kristinana numerous time.
2012 hours CSW Anderson arrived the residence where Kristinana was currently at per the reporter [2839 Deborah Ann of Arnold]. 2013 hours JCSD was called to assist with the investigation.
2033 hours Dep. Isanhart with JCSD arrived and CSW Anderson met with Kristinana and the reporter. CSW Anderson and Dep. Isanhart interviewed Kristinana at the same time.
