700 – Regional Advisors and Officers show up to finish setting up
745- Courtesy Corps: sign-in sheet on a table in a corner of the cafeteria (Middleburg and Orange Park High School officers will help out with sign in)
800- Regional Sign-In Slideshow Judges’ Breakfast and Orientation
815- Opening Session Introduction: President-elect Pledge: Parliamentarian Creed: Vice President HOSA Cheer: Secretary Agenda: President Dismiss: Treasurer
WE HAVE TO MAKE ANNOUNCEMENTS ABOUT OFF LIMIT AREAS AND ABOUT NOT MESSING WITH STUFF IN THE CLASSROOMS AND OTHER AREAS, ETC. OUR ‘GROUND RULES’.
830- Dismissed to holding rooms for competitions (separate into categories?)
840-Competitions Begin
900-1200- Various activities/games/door prizes games such as those from Camp K still figuring out all the ones we want to do do you want to do movies? If so, we need to let Mrs. Lalkas know. ALSO!!!! Sometime in this space, we need to have the Middle School award ceremony!!!! They will be leaving earlier than high school students.
1200- Lunch Pizza, snacks, candy, drinks (sodas and water) I need to know what ‘snacks’ mean and what candy you guys want. I will need to make a trip to Sams to get it. We need to check with Mrs. Lalkas about ordering the pizza. I will need to know well in advance how much it will cost. Paper plates, paper towels, cups, etc
1330- Awards
For door prizes we thought maybe a roll of tickets would be interesting I have tickets I think., but we can always place the number on the nametags. I asked Mr. Ramos to bring his walkie talkies for better communication
