Cameryn Mahoney's The Christopher Killer

Words: 317
Pages: 2

17-year-old Cameryn Mahoney wants to be a forensic pathologist. Living in a small town in Colorado, she doesn't get to see murders and forensics, even with her dad being the county coroner. So Cameryn learns what she can by studying her books. Until a new deputy comes to town, and a murder which turns out that the victim and Cameryn were close. The book The Christopher Killer is a pretty decent book, even though it somewhat lacks energy, is slow but had an exciting ending. The first reason why The Christopher Killer was mediocre was because it lacked energy. By that I mean the book lacks many twists and turns to keep the reader inserted. In a murder mystery book, there should be enough twists in the plot to grab the reader’s attention.
