While addressing the Campbell family an ethical dilemma I may face is cultural competence. To provide effective services, social workers need to be aware of not only their own but their client’s cultural backgrounds and diversity, as well as, gain awareness and knowledge of their client’s cultural differences (DuBois, Miley, & O' Melia, 2013). The Campbell family consist of multiple cultural backgrounds. Also, Kai identifies as a bisexual.
