The prevalence of obesity is increasing rapidly in recent years. Furthermore, visceral obesity along with insulin resistance are favorable factors for type 2 diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascular disease. Adipose tissue is biologically active and produces molecules and cytokines that facilitate pro-inflammatory and pro-thrombotic conditions. The initial weight loss is generally associated with a decrease in abdominal fat, which helps to improve insulin sensitivity and blood pressure levels. Furthermore, one can observe a decrease in triglycerides and LDL with increased HDL, reduced inflammatory and pro-coagulant molecules. Therefore, changes in lifestyle that promote a balanced diet and regular exercise should be one of the main measures …show more content…
Rich and poor are affected equally. In the female population, the risk increases considerably after menopause. To better understand the cardiovascular risk factors studied by the group, first we must mention the general characteristics of this type of disease. The cardiovascular diseases (CAD) are those affecting the circulatory system (heart and blood vessels). These diseases include: coronary heart disease, disease of the blood vessels providing muscle heart (myocardium); cerebrovascular disease , disease of the blood vessels supplying brain; - Peripheral arterial disease - disease of the blood vessels supplying the upper and lower limbs; -The Rheumatic heart disease - damage the heart muscle and heart valves from rheumatic fever, a disease caused by streptococcal bacteria

- Congenital heart disease - heart defects present at birth; - The deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism - blood clots (thrombi) in the veins of the legs, which can break off (emboli) and stay in the vessels

A marker may be a gene, or may be a section of DNA with no known function. Dice DNA segments that are contiguous in a chromosome tend to inherited together, the markers are often used as indirect ways of tracking inheritance pattern of a gene that has not yet been identified, but whose location Approximate known. The markers used for genetic mapping (study physical location of genes) as the first step to find the position and identity a gene. They are widely used in human, plant, animal and microbial genetics.

Introduction: Some of the diseases that can be present in pregnancy (gestational diabetes, hypertension and preeclampsia) are being associated with increased risk of cardiovascular disease throughout life. This must be taken into account in future assessments of the health of women.
One of the most important disease biomarkers cardiovascular is the level of triglycerides, which undergoes a major change during pregnancy.
Objective: The objective of this review is to analyze the studies
They have investigated triglyceride levels during pregnancy as cardiovascular risk
