During the last quarter, Pt. denied any recovery issues or concerns and she is maintaining compliance with all tx criteria and obligations. Pt. has become more open during groups by acknowledging and accepting her chemical dependence; this openness was noted and reinforced. During the last quarter, Pt. has made positive progress in her understandings about the effects of drug abuse on the brain, how to prepare herself for a voluntary taper and the physical and emotional components of self-care.
