It was -10℃ last week, and it is definitely not farming season. Still, there are many food local farmers and food producers who are busy growing and introducing their products. I met this guy while visiting Wychwood Barns Farmers' market. He was there to represent Aqua Greens, a Toronto based company that focuses on sustainable food production through Aquaponics farming – “fish feed plants, plants clean water.”
