I have serious reservations regarding my mother, Odette Lamison’s, case manager Lori Crum due to an incident on Friday, June 3rd. This week we made the decision to bring in hospice care. While I was visiting my mother on Friday, Kelly Law, a grief counselor from Hospice for All Seasons met with me so we could go over the paperwork. Kelly and I went to the nurses station/office to fax the hospice documents to her office. While we were figuring out the fax machine, Ms. Crum stormed into the office slammed a chart (I assume my mother's) and said "fucking hospice". However, it does not matter who or what her angry outburst was related to, her behavior was unprofessional, inappropriate and unacceptable. If she behaves in that manner when there are guests in the office, I shudder to think of how she behaves at other times.

Henceforth, I expect that my mother, her visitors and outside care givers will be treated with courtesy and respect. Nothing less is
