On Tuesday, January 17, 2017, at approximately 12:35PM, I, Officer Larry Thomas was dispatched to Parking 3 Level 1A, in reference to a stolen vehicle that was recovered.

Upon arrival, I made contact with a Brenda Young, (the sister), and David Frazier, (the owner), of this vehicle. Mrs. Young advised me that she had to leave, because she was late for a funeral, but Uams Police Department can contact her anytime. I asked Mr. David Frazier what happened. Mr. Frazier advised me that an unknown subject contacted him by via-communication, in reference to his stolen vehicle. The unknown subject told Mr. Frazier that his vehicle was at Uams, on Parking Deck 3 Level 1A. Mr. Frazier, called his sister Mrs. Young to let her know that where his
