Eating and sleeping are one of the best pleasures in life most Americas would agree with this. The best evidence of this that for many decades the North America continent; has been the fattest continent world. United states, and Mexico seem to be fighting over which country has the highest obesity rates among their people. Just this year Mexico took the United States position as the country with highest obesity rate in the world. But after seen these two nations fighting for that infamous title, people can’t stop asking themselves what is the cause or causes of obesity? The answer to that question is pretty simple. The three main factors of obesity are: metabolism, life style and money.

The first main factor of obesity is our metabolism. We all have a friend who is always eating, and he will never get fat. The reason why he will never fat is because he has a fast metabolism. What does this mean? In other words this mean that his body uses the fat that he consume really quickly. Unfortunately, no everyone has a fast metabolism, and there are people who eat pretty much nothing, and they still will become obese. This is because they have a slow metabolism. …show more content…
