CCIB received an incident report from Administrator De'Kovill regarding 7 year old Ana Sandoval and 3 year old Jazleen Sandoval. The FFA reported telephone call from Bio mother regarding Jazleen being thrown on her bed by foster mother she also alleged that foster mother pulled the child's hair. A subsequent call from bio mother stated that Jazleen was forced to stay in her bed by the foster mother. The bio mother made threats to call the police and bio grandmother also called voicing concerns regarding Jazleen's hair being pulled out. The bio mother alleged that Jazleen was being abused and wasn't able to eat due to the foster mother locking the refrigerator.
