CCIB Intake LPA McGaskey received a call from Adriana Barajas (2147 Soscol, Napa 94558 (707) 307-8155), mother of Flora Garcia age 4 and Brianna Garcia age 3 stated last Friday 9/23/16 her sister Mayra Barajas arrived at the school to pick up her daughters. According to the caller another teacher (name unknown) who was on her taking a child to the toilet, informed the sister teacher Cuca witnessed Brianna fall while playing on the playground. The unknown teacher reported Ms. Cuca looked around to see if anyone was looking and refused to provide aid or assistance to the crying child.
CCIB Intake also received a call from Peter Hansen with Napa County CPS (707) 253-4562 who stated he received a call from Rene Gonzalez father of Jayden Gonzalez…show more content… When the child mother (name not provided) arrived at the facility she found her son Jayden on the floor crying because he had to use the restroom. While the child was on the floor crying two teachers were observed in the back of the classroom engaged in a conversation. After confronting the teachers regarding her crying son one of the teachers took the child to the restroom. The father disclosed weekly he receives reports of the teacher Cuca yelling, screaming, and hitting children. Approximately 1 1/2 months ago Jayden had bruises resembling pinch marks on one of his arms (caller didn't note which arm). According to the father there are other parents with similar stories regarding their children's unexplained bruises and injuries. The father disclosed last year exact date unknown Jayden was injured by a teacher (name unknown) that was terminated. The caller stated the parents notified their local Police Department and filed an abuse report. Another parent contacted the Police Department regarding a teacher who stepped on their daughter (the caller had not details regarding both incidents).
